Phase 3
If this is the first time you have made it to phase three this phase lasts eight weeks. The second time you make it to this phase it is eight weeks long.
If this is your third or even fourth time reaching this phase then the phase lasts twelve weeks for you. Again this is all outlined in Dr Simones Pounds and Inches ebook. During this time you are not taking any HCG injections. You are also not restricted to the 500 calories a day. Instead you are restricted to HEALTHY EATING. Keep your calories to those reccomended for healthy living. Enjoy some of the other foods that are healthy for you but restricted before.
Keep Sugar & Fats to a minimum! Keep portions under control and your carbs (as wonderful as they are) on a leash. Yes you can have them, but remember this is a lifestyle change, not a relaps!
At the end of this phase if you didn't hit your weight goal you will start over with Phase 1. Just keep your tracking sheets up to date, drink lots of water and take your supplements. Enjoy how good you feel, and know that you are in control!
