Phase 1
Dr. Simeons recommends a three phase approach. Phase 1 consists of two days called "loading days" which for most people are the most fun.
The idea during this time is to gorge yourself with fatty foods. While fun and enjoyable, this actually serves many important functions covered in the book, but to hit the highlights: it helps you not feel as hungry during the startup of Phase 2 and allows your body time to absorb enough HCG before starting on the calorie restricted diet.
